Our Standard Shipping and Handling Rate is a low $4.95 for US delivery and $4.95 for international orders. In some cases we can offer FREE shipping for some items and this will be noted on the product sale page! In some cases we do offer Priority and Insured Shipping starting from $6.95 for both US and International Orders. You will be able during checkout to choose from "Standart" or "Priority & Insured" Shipping options for eligible products

What Handling time means: All products offered on our website are hand-made, this means our skilled crafters makes every item by hand, especialy crystal caps. Once order is placed we need to make the product, make quality control and pack. At current rate we can handle about 200 orders per day and our handling time stays as declared above, if we receive over 200 orders per day declared handling times above increase by 1-2 Business days no matter which shipping options you choose. For example during checkout if you picked Priority Handling from 1-3 Business Days it is increase to 2-5 Business Days, this is only when we receive over 200 Orders per day.

10-15 Business Days ( 90% of orders)We are able to offer great deals and crazy low product prices thanks to our close and long-term business relationships to manufactures and wholesalers from overseas. This also means that most of our products are shipped from outside the US or EU.
If your order does provide tracking information, you will receive an automated tracking code via email from USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, your local post service or other Logistic companies we are using after the order has been fulfilled and is ready for shipment; there is no need to request a tracking number. Please note that it can take up to 5 days for the correct tracking information to show up.
Your multiple-item order will generally be shipped separately, due to different warehouse locations for various items. This also ensures that you receive your items as quickly as possible. You may receive part of your order before the rest of it, and this is completely normal. It doesn't mean that we have forgotten about your other items.
We cannot guarantee the delivery timeframe if the post office or shipping carries has any unexpected delays due to holiday, weather, customs, or other conditions. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. We are not responsible for import duties taxes and customs fees.
Please double check your order details to make sure your shipping address is correct. If you need to change your address after having placed an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot change your shipping details or cancel your order after having dispatched your items. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address, you will be required to pay additional shipping charges. We cannot be hold liable for products sent to the wrong address if wrong shipping details have been provided.
Delivery and mail theft is continually on the rise, especially during the holidays and with each shipment we provide a tracking number either through FedEx, UPS or USPS. If for some reason, your delivery is stolen and we can verify with the tracking number that the shipment was delivered, we do not take responsibility and ship another order for free nor do we provide a refund. Sadly we are not responsible for any lost or unclaimed packages. Please contact your local post office to inquire where your package may be - sometimes it is held at your local main post office branch for you to pick up. We encourage all of our customers to utilize a secure post office box, drop box or have it held at a local FedEx or UPS station to avoid this concern. Additionally, if the products delivered are perishable and perish during this delay, we are not does not accept responsibility nor provide a refund.
We appreciate your patience if you haven't received items within 30 Business days. If you are concerned in any way, please feel free to contact us via the contact form instead of leaving negative feedback or opening a dispute. We will make every effort to fix any problem (resend or refund any missing item).
Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates and up to 35 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within 45 business days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing wrong shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
